The beautiful holiday home, decorated with great attention to detail, is located in a quiet side street, with its own driveway and space for two cars right in front of the door. The bright, inviting rooms have been decorated with great attention to detail and extend to a large living / dining room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace with a cozy wooden table and gas grill. Three of the four bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and two bathrooms (one of them en suite) are on the upper level, as is the fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable outside staircase leads to the lower part of the house with a private pool (with up to eight loungers) and another terrace area (partly covered), a bedroom, a bathroom and a Finnish sauna.
The house is equipped with many extras, such as two additional fridges, washing machine and dryer (in the garage). Thanks to the oil central heating, the house is also ideal for the winter months.
Electricity consumption of 250 kilowatts per week is included. In addition, the individual consumption is charged at € 0.25 / kWh. In the winter months or heating season, 10 € / day are charged for the central heating.
